Yoga in the Park

Start your weekend with free outdoor yoga sessions at Festival Park. All levels welcome - experienced instructors guide participants through a relaxing flow suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Bring your own mat and water bottle. Sessions run Saturday mornings from May through September, weather permitting.
